A guide to recognizing constellations

(“OMORI OST - 021 Sugar Star Planetarium”)

What are constellations?

Simply put, constellations are a group of stars that were thought to
form certain objects and animals. They appear based on your location and the time of year.

During ancient times, people used astrology as tools for survival.
Many cultures had different stories and uses for these stars. Today,
the International Astronomical Union has defined 88 official
constellations. Although humans don’t require the use of stars for
survival anymore, scientists and robots still use them for
space navigation!
